The Buyer Marketing Service is a service we provide our clients that do not need or want the MLS service. Although MLS is a very powerful selling tool, it may not be needed for every seller. Depending on the current market conditions in the area, we may be able to find you a buyer without the need of other Real Estate Agents.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?

This marketing program is different from the MLS system by marketing directly to the buyer. Mikkelson Realty and Auctioneers will expose your home to buyers using these marketing techniques.

Advertising
We market your home in publications that the buyer utilizes. This includes newspaper classifieds, Real Estate magazines, color flyers, and the internet. Our ads are designed to attract buyers and give them information about your home, not our company.

Yard Signs
We will put one of our attractive yard signs on your property for buyers that drive through neighborhoods looking for a home. Statistics show that between 15-20% of homes sell because a buyer saw a sign and called for more information.

Networking
Besides other Realtors, we network with many other business people, friends, and family who may know of someone that is looking to purchase a home. Many homes have been sold just mentioning to one of these people that we have this home for sale.

What other services will you receive with this package?
Assist you in determining the value of your home. We will show your home to prospective buyers calling off our marketing efforts. Negotiate the purchase agreement paperwork between buyer and seller. Oversee the closing process. Includes working with lenders, appraisers, inspections, etc.

What happens if your property doesn't sell?
In the unlikely hood that your property doesn't sell we receive no compensation just like any other Real Estate transaction.
